Following is the reference of failed transaction payement while booking a show on 14 july. kindly check for redressal.
i was booking 4 tickets for a show at cinepolish jamshedpur to watch Sanju movie . when i did not get QR code on my first transaction and checked seat status - i found payement was successful but seat was not booked. I did 2 nd transaction when it was successful for seat c11, c12, c13, c14 in screen
2, 3:40 pm show on 15 july.
below given is the failed transaction detail for which i request payment reversal. kindly check and do the needful.
