[Resolved]  Bigtree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. — BookMyShow - Refund for failed online ticket booking

Hi,

I am Gautam Goel (cell no [protected] email [protected]@outlook.com). I booked 4 tickets for "Bhag Milkha Bhag" using BookMyShow.com for DT Cinemas - Shalimar Bagh, , for 10:55PM show for date 14th July 2013 using Canara Bank Debit card
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'transaction was unsuccessful'.
But an amount of Rs 1068.40 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 12:32PM on 14th July 2013.
I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from Canara Bank for deduction of money.


So, money for my transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

I contacted the on-line customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose.

I request a refund of Rs 1068.40/- from bookmyshow.

Ticket — failed booking

I booked a ticket on[protected]. But I cant get the ticket. It shows that Payment Not Received From Bank. but I lost my money from my Card. My Transaction ID is [protected]. How to get refund of this ticket

Ticket — failed transition in booking railway ticket

I am a member of IRCTC. I booked booked railway ticket and 3 times transition failed, so refund my money as soon as possible.
