I booked 2 movie tickets money got deducted from my account and I didn’t get the movie ticket....

Booked ticket via net banking for PVR Friends Jalandhar vide bank Ref No. IGAOPBPFE4 on 4.11.22 at 8.15 AM amount deducted from account and received confirmation message from bank but ticket booking not done marked as failed how to get refund...

29/08/2022 i booked ticket but ticket not booked amount only debited, so kindly refund my ammount...

I booked movietickets for sarkaru vari pata Telugu movie in Swamy theatre, Rajahmundry Andhrapradesh Ipaid an ammount of Rs 691/- towards movie tckest booked through Bigtree entertainment Pvt Ltd, at 9.30 am on[protected]. But my tickets were not confirmed hence I want my money back to my accunt . I paid through SBI Netbanking...

Today on 2nd Jan booked 6 tickets for film 83 show time at 3:10pm @ mantri square, malleshwaram Bangalore.
Kindly let us know when we get the refund and we need to rebook the tickets...

On 11th of April 2021 I had booked 5 tickets for karnan through book my show app the money was deducted from my account but the tickets were cancelled ...it was showing the transactions was failed. Sir, today on[protected], i had booked 5 tickets for the show (Oct, 06, 2019 at 2.30 pm show) syeraa narashimha reddy (Telugu movie) at ar cine complex, nandyal (A. P) through sbi net banking. I tried to book two online cinema tickets to view a tamil film namma veetu pillai at pvr grand galada, pallavaram, chenna on 26 sept 2019. The ticket amount totalling rs. 579.02 (Including internet and other charges) was debitted from my savings account held in sbi, velachery, chennai. But the tickets were not forthcoming showing error message on the computer screen.

I expected the amount would be refunded/reverted to my account...

Even i check to the counter at z square but it was not book, again i try to complain to the custer care number none of its number are working. Neither mail or sms i didn't get after money was successful deducted...

I have booked three movie tickets for the filim athiran (Show time 6.30 on 16/04/2019) at casino theater aluva, kochi, kerala. An amount of rs.403.80 was paid through sbi net banking vide transation ref. No.[protected]igafxyvzr6. But the tickets not received till now. Hence the tickets may kindly be issued or refund the amount at the earliest. Early replay awaiting.

Sir i have booked tickets for robo 2.0 on 08/12/18 11:14pm 839.96 rupees have been debited but tickets didn’t booked i payed through upi transaction by google pay. The next day from bookmyshow message has been came that within 10 days money will be rufunded but didn’t please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible... It has been 42 days over i approached google 4 times they said that issue is with bigtree entertainment pvt lmtd so...

Just few mints ago i booked thru online at evm kochi theater for 11:00 pm show, after net payment done I found my computer server was down and was not able to get the ticket. SBI Net banking transaction id is IGAFCREWA7 for one ticket 134.6/-

So far i didnt get my ticket via. Email or phone, but the amount was deducted from my account. Plz. Do send me it or take favorable actions in order to avoid going to consumer court....

I booked 04 tickets of robot 2.0 for tomorrow 10 am show at swati complex, kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar. I made payment through google pay at 11.32 pm on 30th november 2018. But now the amount of rs 404.26 is deducted from my account. But still now no confirmation regarding my tickets. It's so ridiculous. So please let me confirm about this as fast as possible.
