I booked 2 movie tickets money got deducted from my account and I didn’t get the movie ticket.

I booked movietickets for sarkaru vari pata Telugu movie in Swamy theatre, Rajahmundry Andhrapradesh Ipaid an ammount of Rs 691/- towards movie tckest booked through Bigtree entertainment Pvt Ltd, at 9.30 am on[protected]. But my tickets were not confirmed hence I want my money back to my accunt . I paid through SBI Netbanking

Today on 2nd Jan booked 6 tickets for film 83 show time at 3:10pm @ mantri square, malleshwaram Bangalore.
Kindly let us know when we get the refund and we need to rebook the tickets

Sir, today on[protected], i had booked 5 tickets for the show (Oct, 06, 2019 at 2.30 pm show) syeraa narashimha reddy (Telugu movie) at ar cine complex, nandyal (A. P) through sbi net banking. My money has been deducted from my account but the transaction was failed and i had not received any tickets. So please make sure of getting back my money as early as possible.

I tried to book two online cinema tickets to view a tamil film namma veetu pillai at pvr grand galada, pallavaram, chenna on 26 sept 2019. The ticket amount totalling rs. 579.02 (Including internet and other charges) was debitted from my savings account held in sbi, velachery, chennai. But the tickets were not forthcoming showing error message on the computer screen.

I expected the amount would be refunded/reverted to my account in couple of days. But so far nothing has happened. I request to kindly
(I) refund the amount immediately to my account
(Ii) make some provision to inform the customers (Like me) in such
Event and the follow up action to refund the money.

However, i again tried the same procedure to obtain the tickets. To my dismay, the amount rs 579.02 was again debited from my same account subsequently showing error message. Thus totally a sum of rs. 1158.04 was debitted from my account towards the cost of cinema tickets which never came. Disgusted.

I expected the amount would be refunded/reverted to my account in couple of days. But so far nothing has happened. I request to kindly
(I) refund the amount immediately to my account
(Ii) make some provision to inform the customers (Like me) in such
Event of the follow up actions till refund of money is made.

Today, i book my movies ticket but not generate booking id to this bigtree en... Ref#igagbofoi1 on 05may19 for 0630 show for z square vasco da gama. Even i check to the counter at z square but it was not book, again i try to complain to the custer care number none of its number are working. I have booked three movie tickets for the filim athiran (Show time 6.30 on 16/04/2019) at casino theater aluva, kochi, kerala. Sir i have booked tickets for robo 2.0 on 08/12/18 11:14pm 839.96 rupees have been debited but tickets didn’t booked i payed through upi transaction by google pay. The next day from bookmyshow message has been came that within 10 days money will be rufunded but didn’t please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible... I dr. Anas, booked 4 movie tickets on[protected] at 22.15 through bigtree (Reference no-igaezxyfn7) to watch njan prakashan movie at kairali-sree-nila theatre, trivandrum on[protected]Today). So far i didnt get my ticket via. Email or phone, but the amount was deducted from my account. Plz. Do send me it or take favorable actions in order to avoid going to consumer court.

I booked 04 tickets of robot 2.0 for tomorrow 10 am show at swati complex, kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar. I made payment through google pay at 11.32 pm on 30th november 2018. But now the amount of rs 404.26 is deducted from my account. But still now no confirmation regarding my tickets. It's so ridiculous. So please let me confirm about this as fast as possible. i was booking 4 tickets for a show at cinepolish jamshedpur to watch Sanju movie . when i did not get QR code on my first transaction and checked seat status - i found payement was successful but seat was not booked. I did 2 nd transaction when it was successful for seat c11, c12, c13, c14 in screen
2, 3:40 pm show on 15 july.
