Yesterday visited Bikanervala Kakadeo, Kanpur outlet with family and had a nightmare experience.

The dining was packed up and service was at its worst. No one to serve the water glasses, salt dispenser were broken. 2 cleaning staff on about 15 tables.

The service counter was completely blocked by atleast 12-15 delivery boys from Swiggy and Zomato. And it was a complete FISH MARKET like situation.

Had to wait for 25-30 minutes to get the order served after having a heated conversation with Service Manager as the service counter was busy with Swiggy and Zomato.

I will advice to close the dining on Sunday's so that you can service the online customers better.

    Respected sir/ mam
    I visited bikaner modipuram with my family todate at around 8.15 pm . As soon as I entered, I noticed Air-conditioning was not working properly . Even shift manager was sweating .
    Anyways, I ordered Plain dosa, gravy manchurian and chana khulche .
    Plain dosa - sambhar was not hot .
    Gravy manchurian - tasteless .
    Later on I ordered rasmalai which was not cold at all, I told them to replace which they did but again served me normal rasmalai..
    I informed shift manager and this gentleman replied sir abhi sweet counter mai rakha hoga which was wrong . Every sweet kept in sweet counter was not cold and shift manager was not aware of it.
    Rahul ( relative) ordered malai chap which was also not cold .
    I informed shift manager regarding the same and told him I want to write this feedback he seems to be least interested and replied sir ko feedback register do and shift manager was sitting as if he is the guest . I also noticed flies sitting on gift hampers ..
    Staff attitude seems to be very casual . I spent around Rs 800 hard earned money .
    Pls look into this matter sir/ madam as the entire north india is depending on hospitality, Ambience, flavour, freshness and taste provided by bikaner, some of them were missing in Bikaner modipuram branch .

      I have packed 2 deluxe thali from bikanervala(laxminagar est delhi) and it had an awfull smell and smell like it was made yesterday and they have not given fresh items my experience is very bad with bikanervala i can't expect from this brand for giving this type of worst quality.

        My one of the cousin sent kaju katli as a gift. She ordered from patna and as ghaziabad branch of bikanervala (near major mohit sharma metro station) was near to my house so they sent the sweets. That kaju katli tasted really bad. It had an awfull smell and smells like it was made before some days and they have not given the fresh sweets.

          Its my fourth experience Food serving As usual delay, approximate time of serving food is 40 minutes.
          Quality of food is so poor, even chilli panner is made by mixing a tomato soup with panner... Thats great combination. I also order fried Rice, rice is not properly cooked it is like ghee namak chawal hahhaha.
          And last I ordered a mysore masala dosa and masala dosa, the filling is not properly filled in dosa.
          Overall food is so bad, and bikanerwala maintains his poor performance. Good going bikanerwala. I will never recommend anyone to going bikanervala.

            I jst ordered 2 packs of Rasmalai by zomato frm yr cp branch & it was shocking experience frm brand like you to get rasmalai whose milk seems contaminated & was pathetic in taste.It really broke trust & really was never expecting something like this frm you people.

              In continuation of the above email, the below is also very disappointing.

              The quality of food is given below:

              1. All the food was not hot because, I think, food was made and kept idle at the bikanerwala shop at sector-12 dwarka, delhi.
              2. Packet of dosa was not properly packed, even the box of dosa was already opened.
              3. The quantity of chutney with dosa is very less.
              4. Chowmin plastic bowl was not properly packed and we could not eat chow mein.

              Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir,
                I have ordered two dosa and one chowmein with machurian at 8.20 PM vide order number[protected]swiggy app) and it was supposed to come in 41 minutes however it has not been delivered yet.

                When I called the Bikanerwala number which has been given on the app ([protected]) however it could not be picked up even one out of four times.
                Also, when I tried to talk the manager at the bikanerwala shop through a swiggy person, they replied we will not talk with customers.
                This is very disappointing behavior for such a reputed name.

                Please look into the matter.

                    Called the outlet asked for delay said due a system issue there was a delay...this is amazing customer service wont long last the way they are handling this branch. Also there is always a 30 min-one hour delay while uploading the breakfast and lunch menu online on zomato on daily.

                          Difference in Rates in order bill and Zomato bill

                          Today I have ordered moong dal barfi and samosa from Modinagar bikanervala. I paid around 750 rupees for the same over Zomato on which moong dal barfi is of rate 620 but when everything is delivered to me I saw the bill by bikanervala and in the bill total amount is 622 and moong dal barfi is 466 rupees.

                          When I connect with Roshan Kumar Jha at Modinagar manager, he is denying this thing. There is a corruption going on in Modinagar...

                              I purchased 3 kg Gujja before Holi from Bikanerwala chandni chowk Delhi. Almost all Gujjas were hollow empty from inside. Very little khoya was found in each gujia😢😢😢

                              This sort of hera-pheri from a reputed sweets brand Bikanerwala is a big shock. We only purchase Bikanerwala products

                                It's very disappointing at bikanerwala jhansi...where the staff makes excuses in serving cold water to the customers ..they force to buy mineral water if somebody needs cold water...they just want to make money and nothing else...& the manager refuses to serve cold water ..just because of cold.. ok if it's due to covid then why are they serving cold drinks...why not cold drinks also be served normal...this is ishvinder Bhalla from jhansi

                                    Hi, My name is Rohanpreet Singh and I am from Jalandhar, Punjab. There is a distributor of your product bikano namkeen named as (Juneja enterprises) located at Mai hira gate, jalandhar who sold us the product in bulk and now the product is expired and he did not taking it back from us nd not refunding our money. This going for more than 2 months. And also, , leaving the expiry stock aside, neither any salesman is visiting our store (Laddi bakery) located at opposite petrol pump jandu Singha road Jalandhar. I also tried calling the helpline number [protected] but they are not responding properly. I hope u will listen to my problem and give me a solution ASAP.
