Dear Sir, I did a transaction from SBI card to tataindicom via BillDesk portal. The amount of 1883/- on 22 Sep 2015 but the money didn't reach to tataindicom. i lodge a complain in SBI customer care they confirmed me that the merchant confirmed transaction as successful and the details are as below: Transaction Date: 22 Sep 2015 Amount : 1883/- merchant ID: [protected] RRNO.:[protected] SBI complaint ticket no. PG[protected] Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and transfer back the particular amount in my account. I will b very thankful for you. Thanking you, Champa POS :[protected]
