[Resolved]  Billdesk — LIC Premium payment failed in gateway but amount debited

Hello Sir/Madam,
I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with PhonePe. Amount was successfully debited from account using PhonePe but transaction error was there in gateway and didn't redirected to merchant. So transaction was not successful, but amount has not reverted yet or not settled with merchant by gateway.

Also payment for premium is 28th March 2024. If not settled I will have to pay fine.

Money was revert after contacting LIC customer care. So closing
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
