Bill Desk Bbmp — Bbmp property tax paid through sbi credit card (tata card) on 28.04.2016

Sir

I have paid the property tax of rs.5935/- to bump on 28.04.2016 through sbi credit card (tata card). the otp was received and transaction completed. but the receipt was not generated stating that receivers server error. so after waiting for 1 day i paid the amount again through net banking and received bbmp receipt.
My credit card account has been debited but payment not received by bbmp.
I request for immediate reversal of the amount by bbmp bill desk and credit back to my tata card account.
