Billdesk — 14936669 money deducted but payment failed

Hi,
We made a payment of rs. 25307 and the money is deducted from the account but there is a error message of failed transaction. Need a resolution asap.
The transaction number is 14936669. Also i have attached the copy of the error message for your reference. Also nobody seems to receive the calls.
