Billdesk — 500 debited from my account

Hello, As i have made payment of Afcat 2021 twice. My money is deducted from my account but not reflected on the site. i have done the payment through card then.but 500 rupees deducted...T2012051842407055962037 and[protected] are two id from phonepay and paytm upi .
Kindly check and refund
