Billdesk — Account debited but payment got failure in Billdesk

We have made the payment of May month bill from Bescom website on 9th May 2022 using Billdesk payment gateway through google pay. The money got deduced but billdesk showed failure in the payment.

When I checked on the besscom, It is still showing pending.

I request please update the payment in the besscom.
