Billdesk — Amazon - Bill payment to Credit card - reflected as billdesk on statement failed

Hi,
I had made a bill payment to my axis credit card on Amazon. The statement on the bank shows as billdesk upi payment. I havent received money on the card and no reversal has been made. Need to know the status of the transaction.
