Billdesk — amount debited bsnl bill not cleared

Sir,
I have paid the bsnl bill through billdesk on 28.02.2018 for rs.768. My account was debited with rs.768 but bill was not cleared due to network problem. Again the same was paid through the billdesk. The amount debited earlier was not credited so far. Kindly solve the issue by crediting of rs.768 which is laid with billdesk.

Dear sir,
I made payment for an amount of Rs 768/- towards BSNL bill through BillDesk on 01.03.2018. During process due to net work problem the amount was deducted from my bank account, but receipt not generated and bill was still pending. same day I have paid the bill successfully. Both the transactions are as follows.

Still I am not getting my money back in my account.

Kindly look in to matter and arrange to refund my money to my account.
