[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount debited but not received by the merchant

I have made a payment of 2000 through upi billdesk to iim cat and the amount debited but my application form was not submitted and says the transaction was unsuccessful. Please initiate a refund asap so that i can feel the form again.
