Billdesk — Amount Debited but Tatasky Account wasn't recharged

Hi,

I tried to recharge my Tatasky account with Rs.220 using Google Pay on 13-Sep-2022 11:17am. The amount got debited from my Account but my account is not recharged yet.

Tatasky Subscriber ID: [protected]
Google pay UPI Transaction ID :[protected]Please find the attached screenshot for reference).

I tried reaching Gpay customer care, They ask me to check with the merchant by saying Gpay is just a payment gateway. So. When I check with Tatasky customer care they ask me to check with Gpay. Because I made payment on Gpay not on Tatasky.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
