Billdesk — Amount debited for electricity bill

Dear Sir,

I had paid my electricity bill through online app from my mobile today, on (20/02/2021).
i.e total Rs/- 1426. Kindly find attach bill payment receipt for your reference. Money has been debitted from my account, but the amount still not update on my account, It is showing unpaid.

Kindly solve the issue.
