Billdesk — amount debited for wbsedcl payment but transaction rejected at payee and refund not initiated

Dear team,

I have made a bill payment if rs 2746.36 for my electricity bill to wbsedcl on 04th april 2020 via billdesk.

The amount got debited from my account but the transaction was rejected at payee end. I have not received the refund yet.

I have logged into wbsedcl portal and found that my transaction is rejected

My transaction invoice number in wbsedcl is[protected].

Kindly look into it so that i can get my refund.
