Dear sir,
I had gone through mobile bill payment through the site https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/MyIdeaLogin using SBI net banking, but due some problem payment is failed but amount (Rs. 358.53) debited from my account.
Payment History checked with SBI Debited Transaction Details FYI (15-Mar[protected]Mar-2014) TO TRANSFER INB IDEA CELLULAR IDEA Payments MSBI[protected]IGS0348938 TRANSFER TO[protected].53)
Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

Thanks, it is resolved. Amount has been debited to idea bill payment, but i didn't received any information from the company.
