[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount debited from my account but merchant did not receive the amount.

I have ordered few items on March 27, 2020 using AJIO app. I have done the payment of Rs. 1, 925.98 through UPI (Phonepe).
My order was not placed but amount was debited. I spoke to AJIO consumer care staff they told amount not received. Could you please check below details and confirm? I would like to get my money back.
