Billdesk — amount deducted but not credited to kmc

My payment to kmc for property tax with assessee no[protected] was debited through bill desk with transaction id[protected]. But i did not get receipt and website still shows that pending bill. I paid through icici bank net banking on 21 january 2019. Time 21:17. Please see to it that i get my money back. Or the payment is completed for the property tax
