[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount deducted but not credited to the NPS Trust account

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that I have made a payment of INR 25, 000/- on 23-Mar-2022. The amount has been deducted however it is not reflecting to the NPS account. Please see the attached screenshots for your reference.

Request you to please look into this and take take the necessary steps to get it resolved.
