Billdesk — amount deducted but receiver show pending status [asking to check at bank end]

Payment refer #: bil/onl/[protected]/state bank/rdgotn_qici7441

Payment was made to tamil naidu registration e-payment portal. Status is still showing as pending. Payment was made using sbi paynet billdesk.

It has been more than a month. Running after the bank and e-payment portal. Issues is still not resolve.

Could you please check and help me on this.
