Billdesk — Amount deducted but transaction failed, Not refunded

I made a payment of Rs. 406.00 to Barasat College (admission and tution fees) through Credit Card on 7th April 2022. Money got deducted but the transaction was shown as failed. The money neither got credited back to my Credit Card nor to the merchant. Receipt number on college website is shown as [protected]. I could not capture the transaction id but got the url of the payment failed webpage. The url is:

If you Please, either return the amount to my credit card or to the merchant in a timely manner, I would appreciate.
