Billdesk — amount deducted from account but submission of cat application form unsuccessful

I paid cat fees of rs.2000/- through billdesk with the help of google pay upi scan qr code the amount is debited but its showing payment failed in cat application. Please provide status of payment and would it be successful or refunded. Last date for registration is on 15/09/2020, please do the needful as soon as possible.
