Billdesk — Amount deducted from my account but at receivers end transaction failed. Refund not received yet.

Address:Vizianagaram Muncipal Corporation, Vizianagaram, Andhra PRADESH

I have done an online transaction (INTERNET BANKING) for Rs. 2093 for payment of property tax, (Vizianagaram Municipal Corporation, Vizianagaram Dist., Andhra Pradesh) on date:11/09/2020 and time: 12:09:55 pm.

The above said amount was deducted from my account, by was never received at the receiver's end. when I contacted the bank (Canara Bank) they lodged complaint and issued a letter stating that it was a PAYMENT GATEWAY FAILURE TRANSACTION.

The TXN detail is APFIND-BILLDSK-SCNB[protected]-CLIENTCOD

So, kindly look into the issue seriously and refund my amount at the earliest.

I'm also attaching the transaction copy including the statement issued by the bank regarding the issue.
