Billdesk — Amount deducted from my account but the payment failure in website

I tried to make a payment for PO notification through PhonePe app in IBPS. The payment shows successful in app but when redirected to payment form, it shows as failure. Kindly check and do the needful ASAP

Either i dont see the amount is credited back to my account or the payment status is success in the website of ibps. I dont know what kind of action is taken. If the proper server maintenance is not done, then why that particular application is shown in the payment method
