Billdesk — amount deducted from my bank account but not credited to my credit card

Address:1247/x-6, Gali Jarau Chowk Phullan wala, Near Kanaya Sweets

Rs 10000 deducted from my account but it is not credited to my credit card its already been 4 days. I have sent emails to [protected]@billdesk.com but no answer.
