Dear Sirs on 31/10/2014 while booking bus tickets on GOIBIBO website at the time of making payment of Rs.2300/- through Net Banking mode, the amount was deducted with reference no.IB SM TXN.ID-tory[protected] but ticket was not booked, after enquiring with GOIBIBO Customer Care they confirmed that the have not received any amount of Rs.2300/-. After this I immediately contacted your Customer Care & got a reply that I ill soon get I will recieve a Login ID & password on my mobile no. [protected], & i have not yet received any message in my Mobile. So I kindly request you to refund my amount Rs.2300/- as early as possible.
