Billdesk — Amount is debited from my account, but service not received.

I paid for a Spotify premium of 2149 on the 19th of January 2023. However, it has not been credited on Spotify's end and they keep on asking me to ask my payment provider which was done through Paytm. However, Paytm said the payment went through successfully, and ask me to try to reach out to your merchant provider so I am trying to reach out to you guys. My reference number is[protected] and the payment date was the 19th of January 2023. Could you please look into it as soon as possible?
