Billdesk — Amount of 3304 debited but transaction failed according to billdesk

Amount of 3304 has been debited from my bank account on 10th October 2022 at 5:40pm for a payment made via billdesk towards NMAT by GMAC, amount has been debited from bank side but in billdesk it said transaction failed and there was a error, now i require my 3304 to be refunded to me ASAP

Updated by _lily i have attached my bank statement herewith i paid twice, and the first time it failed but second time it was fine, yet to receive any refund for the failed transaction.
