[Resolved]  Billdesk — amount of rs.2000 for cat 2020 application deducted from bank account but the status is showing as unsuccessful and application could not be submitted

Amount of rs.2000 for cat 2020 application deducted from bank account but it's showing payment failed on the application form. I raised the query with cat 2020 help desk but it has already been 12 hours and yet the payment confirmation was not provided and refund was also not provided. Please help.
