We had paid our electricity bills and the division code has been changed and we have doped a mail to transfer the amount to the respective division and still it not done. We have raised this issue and never got solution's. Can any one help in solving the problem or else suggest me for the further action. I have spoke to one of the billing in charge by name Hethashi and i have not got any response from their end. i had paid the bill on 07/12/2016 and sent all the attached payed bills on 04 Jan 2017 & today its all ready 16th Jan 2017 still the issue has not been solved.
