Billdesk — amount was debited from the account but not credited to my credit card

I have paid for the hdfc bank credit card through billdesk on 27/9/2019, the amount got debited from my savings account and received acknowledgment saying transaction successfull with transaction id number [protected] & [protected]. My credit card bank is complaning about amount not received then where is the amount that i paid via bill desk my bank has started to trouble please solve my issue
