Billdesk — balance deducted but jio booking failed

Hello sir/ma'am,

On 24th august around 6-7 pm, while i was trying to book my jio phone online on their website, i chose net banking as the payment option. My balance or rs 500 got deducted, but the transaction of booking was not completed. I have contacted jio but they are saying we don't get any transaction or payment from you.
