Billdesk — Balance deducted but transaction not successful

I was filling form of Set and during payment my balance of Rs 2500 deducted from my account but the transaction fail...I only want that money back...Pls it is urgent..
Transaction details- BILLDESK /IPNB[protected]/[protected]/
I had also tried to complain to the Billdesk service and also wrote them a mail...But no reply came...If my money will not be refunded back then I will complain to consumer high court
