Billdesk — Bank amount deducted but billdesk transaction was failed

On 27th March, while I was paying 919 rupees to Bharti Axa insurance, the billdesk transaction wasn't completed but amount got deducted from my bank account. Can you revert the transaction and send amount to my bank account.
