I made a payment of rs.783 through bsnl portal for my telephone number[protected] on 15/04/2020. My bank said my payment through ecom:[protected]bsnlpost mumbai was successful. But immediately i received a message that my payment of rs.783 was failed on bsnl portal. Reason:pbe10002-unable to authorize.
I was not provided with receipt so far or not my money returned to my account even after four days. Please resolve this
