Billdesk — beneficiary cotton university did receive application fee but money deducted from account

I had made a transaction of Rs 1, 017.00 on Jun, 28, 2019 at 10:24 hours . But i got a server error while redirecting to beneficiary page.
Money is deducted from my account but something is wrong as beneficiary is not reflecting my payment.

My banks says You have made an online payment of INR 1017.7 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee BILL DESK BPC ...on Jun, 28, 2019 at 10:24 hours.
