Billdesk — BESCOM Billing Issue

I have paid my electricity bill through BHIM but the transaction got failed the first time, but money was deducted from my account.

When will my money be refunded? This happened on the 4th of July'20 which is more than 5 days now. They have told it will be refunded by 5-7 working days but still, I haven't received any money back. Please resolve my problem.

The amount which was deducted is 1203/- and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there a procedure to follow up? I have included the screenshot please try to resolve as soon as possible.
