Billdesk — Bill Desk issue - Amount debited from my ICICI bank and credited to Bill Desk but not reached Vistara Airlines

Hi Bill Desk,

I Rishabh Singh attempted to book airline tickets for myself & my family members (total 7 pax) on vistara airlines website today. The transaction was completed at the end, however the ticket itinerary was not generated and sent to me. When checked with Airlines they said payment is pending and is stuck at Bill Desk or Bank. I have confirmed from bank that amount is credited to Bill Desk. Below are all transaction details shared by bank:

Amount : INR 174582 /-
Date & Time : 06 Apr 2023, 17.05 Hrs IST.
Bank : ICICI
Bank Transaction ID : [protected]
Bill Desk Transaction ID : YICI[protected]

This is causing me major inconvenience, as I need to confirm my hotel and other cruise bookings, plus this itinerary is required for processing my visa.
I am not able to proceed with the above steps to conclude my travel arrangements.
