I'm BIJAY Kumar Biswas on 11/08/2017 pay 3 different WBSEDCL bills, consumers IDs are 1st[protected], 1 months bill, 2nd[protected], 1 month bill and 3rd[protected], 3 months bill. All bills are not paid but amounts are deducted my account. I waiting some days for resolved but the problems are not solve. so Plz I want either refunds the amount or pay the bills. Thanks.

Updated by Bijay Kumar Biswas Please solves the problems and the amounts are refunds my bank account. I wish that the problems are solve within 2 to 4 day because I waited near about 3 months to solve the problem. If you're not solve the problems please reply me that you are can't. I will take different way to solve Thanks...
