Billdesk — Bill / recharge amount devited but not reflected in status

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302013

On 12 Jan I paid my landline bsnl bill (Rs 1893) and recharge the bsnl prepaid no [protected] (Rs 446) the amount had debited from my account but I have not received recharge massage and land line bill status still showing dues. I paid using bsnl app.
Pls clarify

we have paid the electricity bills and the division has been changed and i spoke to one Ms. Heteshi and madam had promised she will do the needful but still now i have not got any updates and the contact numbers are not correct. So please kindly if anyone can help me to clear my bills or else if you can refund the amount.
