Billdesk — Billdesk Billdesk Amount deducted from Paytm Bank but not credited Telangana State Police e-Challan

I was making payment of challan fees to Telangana State Police Traffic Department.
When I check the status it says, Transaction is not completed; But Challan amount of INR 1047.93 was debited from my credit card. Please reverse the payment and i am attaching the screenshot of debited amount credit card statement
