Billdesk — Billdesk - Electricity payment failure but money got deducted

Dear BillDesk Support Team,

On 10 Nov 2020, I have done the electricity bill payment through g-pay upi via BillDesk payment. Money got deducted from account but transaction status is failed.
Transaction Reference Number:
VHD[protected]

Please help to done this payment ASAP otherwise please refund the amount.
