Billdesk — billdesk money deducted but transaction not done

I have done a payment via billdkstatebankcolle for updeled (Btc) seat allotment fee an amount of rs. 10, 017.70. I have paid by hdfc netbanking and the narration is qhdf[protected]-billdkstatebankcolle and reference no. Is[protected] on 02 august 2019. The above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. It did not collect on source also. Updeled website is still asking me the payment for seat allotment.
Please provide me the status and action immediately.
My bank is hdfc.
Kindly do the needful.
