Billdesk — Billdesk Unsuccessful Declined

I have made an online payment of INR 2390.72 towards payee APDCL in Billdesk portal on Mar, 29, 2017 at 20:22:42 hours. But I got a Transaction Declined message from your portal. But my Bank has deducted the same amount from the account and i have also received the confirmation message in my mobile. The transaction details are given as below.

Posting Date: 29/03/2017

Posting Time: 8:22 PM

So I kindly request you to take the necessary action either the reverse the transaction or to credit the amount to the APDCL portal. PFA regarding the transaction details.
