Billdesk — [BILLDESK util] Amount debited from my Paytm account but Spicejet did not receive the amount

I have done a transaction on SpiceJet website on 1st May 2022. Transaction was done via Paytm App and it was marked success.

Unfortunately, the transaction was not done at SpiceJet end. When I talked with SpiceJet customer care, they told me to contact payment merchant ie.. BILLDESKutil.
Could you please check below details.
I would like to get my money back immediately.

3. Total Amount: 350/-
4. Mode of Payment: Paytm App
5. Date of Transaction: 1st May 2022
6. Time of Transaction: 06:11 PM
