My complaint is about online banking transaction, which was
Failed but bank has deducted.
I
Made transactions for hinduja hospital payment of rs. 1300
Which was failed. I
Made second attempt to pay for the same amount to hinduja
Hospital, which was successful.
Bank
Has deducted twice.
I
Have requested several times to revert back the amount
1300. Bank
Had provisionally credited and asking for proof. I've
Ent reply to the bank by copied and pasted messages of
Hinduja websites about transactions declined.
Now
Bank has reversed the provisional credit and asking for a
Proof.
Please
Revert back my money.

Appointment payment was 1300 only.
