[Resolved] Billdesk — cat 2020 registration fee deducted

Upi transaction id[protected]. Payment receipt is attached with this complaint. I used gpay qr scan to pay the amount for cat registration. The payment is deducted but the payment is not reached cat authorities and the registration is not complete. Please find attached the payment receipt. Sep 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I registered a complaint on National Consumer Helpline against Billdesk and CAT for not responding to the grievance by email or call. After sending them a mail with that complaint id and mention of legal action against them in the email subject line was enough to get the payment issue resolved. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
