Billdesk — Cat amount debited but status is failed

I paid cat fees of rs 1000 through billdesk with the help of Google pay we code the amount is debited but its showing payment failed in cat application
Please make it successfull or refund immediately because it crucial to us and you can't just play areound with you're techincal issue
