Billdesk — CESC online payment failed two times through BillDesk payment gateway. Money not refunded yet. | |||
I attempted to pay my household CESC monthly bill amounting Rs 2110 once through debit card (UBI) and another time through netbanking (UBI) on 18/7/2015 and 19/7/2015. Both times the payment showed successful however the transaction kept failing on the redirection page after waiting for around 5-10 mins. I had notified Billdesk support regarding this but i have not got the refund. I request them to look into the matter with utmost importance. Was this information helpful? | |||
